The installation consists of three concrete blocks in which there are embedded LED displays of 8 per 8 points. The time needed to display every combination of the points in the grid would be very long, about 19.5 billion years. During this time one can see all sorts of shapes. The combinations would actually show signes and symbols of our entire visual history. The algorithm has no ability to distinguish between different states and their meanings and thus one can only rely on luck to see a meaningful or strong sign among other compositions.
